Nasaka forces villager to pay pebble as fine in Maungdaw

Maungdaw, Arakan State: Burmese border security personnel have been 
checking the homes of Rohingya families in nearby villages for what 
they say are illegal repairs and renovations done without permission 
of authorities and demanding pebbles for road construction as a fine, 
according to a village administration officer from Nwahyondaung village.
