SME committees to be headed by President and Vice-Presidents

to promote the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

China reported sending troops to Burma border

China has reportedly sent soldiers to its border with Burma amid concern
 that escalating violence between Burmese government forces and
 the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) may spill over into Yunnan Province,  
Reuters reported on Friday evening, quoting Chinese media.

Video Footage Shows Grim Warfare in Kachin State

The Irrawaddyhas obtained recent video footage of the intensifying conflict 
in northern Burma between ethnic Kachin rebels and the Burmese government army. 
Fighting in the region has intensified since December and the Burmese army 
has been using Russian-made MI-24 helicopter gunships and jet fighters
 to launch airstrikes on rebel positions.
