In March, Burma’s government did the unthinkable. The country which, 
to quote the Wall Street Journal, was “long dismissed as an isolated, 
paranoid military junta ruling from a fortified enclave in the middle 
of the jungle” granted fairly contested local elections 
for the first time in decades.

it will soon begin selling heavy trucks to Burma as part 
of a purchase and sale agreement with Burma’s
