Fishermen forced to leave home to avoid tax pressures

Maungdaw, Arakan State: Rohingya fishermen are leaving their homeland
because they cannot pay the taxes levied by authorities in Maungdaw, 
according to a fisherman from Maungdaw South who lost his job.

PTT interested in Dawei power plant investment

it is looking at investing in a power plant at the Dawei deep-sea port megaproject 
in southern Burma after the government cancelled a coal-fired power
plant this week.
